Yeah that's why I have my reservations about ICT though I can see its uses. :s

Interesting point you made about the kilos looking good on Aussies. Why wouldn't they look good on us? Curious.... :) About sleeping early, maybe we in Singapore have too many distractions, too many lights and disturbances that keep us awake? Good and bad if you ask me.
